The moral of the show was about nepotism, and Bobby was a hall monitor that gave a demerit to a sibling. Carol asked Cindy what would the right thing be if he was a policeman and a relative committed a traffic violation.
Cindy replied "If my son gave me a ticket, I'd give him a spanking!"
