I've always wanted to spank someone in a public area. I only got the chance one time. I was at the last Shadowlane party in Palm Springs and I went out with a group of seven people to a public park nearby. It was decided that the three girls there would be spanked by the four guys there in a secluded alcove. My heart pounded like a jackhammer the whole time, but we didn't get caught.
