I posted a few weeks ago regarding the forthcoming release of the above book.

I am pleased to say the book is now available on Amazon.com (and .co.uk) as either a paperback or Kindle. It is quite simply the most comprehensive book on the subject I have ever had the pleasure of reading. Yes, the author is a friend, and a good one, but I give credit where its due, indeed I’d call it a seminal work.
