Streaming Minutes Problem

Last night I purchased 15 streaming minutes to preview a spanking video on this site. Strangely the video did not seem to load well and skipped around alot. At the 3 minute mark in the video a message appeared that said my account had expired. Has anyone ever experienced problems like this before? What can be done in terms of getting my minutes back?
