Smoking in the Girls Room

Brook has just been sentenced to the Reform School for Girls. The Judge sentences her to two years of Reform School for shoplifting. She gets off on the wrong foot with the staff right away when she is caught smoking in the bathroom of the school then then again on the outside on the school grounds. The Principal decides to deal with this matter as the school does with corporal punishment. Brook has never been spanked before and she is even more horrified that it is going to be on her bare bottom and before her panties even come down she tells on her friend Smiley for giving her the cigarettes. Both girls are soundly punished.
