I know I am new here and maybe people will think this is out of line. But I find this story, IF TRUE, very disturbing. The idea of a father whipping his teenage daughter on her nude buttocks, is quite frankly, repellent. Abuse is the word that comes to mind. And I would feel the same way about a mother and a teenage son
In fact, I am generally pretty much opposed to corporal punishment for children. And at the very least, if a teenager is to be spanked with clothing removed, it should be by the parent of the same sex.
I find that a lot of spanking sites forbid discussion of underage spanking because of fear that it might attract pedophiles. Consensual spankings between adults is the rule.(of course consent is often loosely understood).
Of course if the above is really some sort of fantasy role-play or something then maybe I am over-reacting. But I wanted to let it be known where I stood.
