(putting on State Trooper hat) This hyeah is State Trooper Buford T. Sorebutt. I's hyeah to tell y'all that speeding & reckless driving is most DEFINITELY a spankable offense (adjusting my mirror sunglasses) especially in MAH jurisdiction.
