Okay, the thing is, if you're referring to a juvenile spanking, it has to be in terms of pure discipline, and asexual. Yes, it's true, a lot of people regress in their heads to a juvenile place when they're fantasizing, hence the whole "Daddy/Mommy" appeal, but this isn't in your head. It's here for the whole world to see, as well as very UN-understanding Feds, and you need to be very careful how you print the details.

Nudity as directly related to the spanking would be okay, pretty much just meaning a bared bottom. There's no need or direct purpose for any other exposure from the disciplinary perspective, so it must be in a sexual context. I'm always well aware that some people are into humiliation and believe it plays a role, but it's just inappropriate when demanding such explicit exposure of a child. It's humiliating enough for any child just knowing they're about to be spanked, and maybe having their bottom bared, too, without forced exposure of breasts or genitals. NUDE = SEX, plain and simple. It crosses that creep line when you talk about nude interactions between children and parental figures because it reads as incestuous.

Obviously, the focus point of your story is that "level three" spanking. That's the penultimate threat and the inherent climax of the storyline. You just need to be careful about how you approach it. Personally, I wouldn't even want to see a college-aged daughter forced naked to be punished by her father. I suppose being a step-father removes some of the incestuous tones, but how many people can we trust to draw a distinction there, and does it really matter? Maybe the wife has signed such a contract as well, and she's the only one really subject to the "level 3" treatment. He said the daughter was too young for the paddle, maybe there's an unspoken argument there that the children DEFINITELY aren't ready for "level 3". Maybe the "level 3" was written into the contract just to be the strongest deterrent imaginable, and the parents don't really have any intent on carrying that far. Then, maybe the daughter (or her brother) does something really outrageous and the contract bluff gets called when they don't carry through with that penultimate threat... Perhaps it's the boyfriend or girlfriend that steps in and decides to enforce it.

See? You don't need to stop, you just need to be aware of what you're typing and creative in sidestepping the biggest taboos.
