Ditto to everyone's answer above..... I sometimes simply need the long moderately hard spanking as Sarah said, to let it all go....feel refocused, relieved and destressed......I don't need it often, but when I do, I hate to think about those around me watching me spin around and around until someone does something about it.....luckily I don't have to spin for long....
