Internet Explorer
Select the Tools menu at the top of Internet Explorer, select Internet Options Click on the General Tab
Click on the “Delete Files” button and make sure “Delete all offline content” is check marked, click OK
Close Internet Explorer and reopen it
If you're using Firefox (which I recommend) go to the chat page like you normally would and when it stops at 20% hit the "F5" key to refresh and clear your cache.... Hope it helps some and I look forward to seeing you in chat soon
