Hi,
Although not technically a "tranny", I am a transgendered male on HRT so do have boobs (small right now but growing) and male plumbing.
I continually fantasize about being dominated, undressed and spanked. In thinking about it I believe it comes from having to pretend to be a man all my life while all I want to be is the woman I am.
