That does an even better job of resolving the issues. I find the charge of running a house of prostitution pretty bizarre unless there was sex going on there, which takes it way out of the realm of any parties that I've been to or helped organize. And even then, you would think there would have to be some kind of quid pro quo exchange of money. So perhaps there was not, on either one or both.

Assaulting a police officer might be a valid charge if the host indeed did that. While it was an outrage that the party was raided in the first place, he can only blame himself if he responded with assault.
