True story from today's Daily News :

Yesterday, President Bush visited the US Women's Olympic Volleyball Team at their practice ground.

At one point, team player Misty May-Treanor actually bent over and presented her bikini-clad bottom to the President in the HOPES of receiving a "Good Luck" spank. The commander in chief.....declined the offer.

I'm telling ya, Bill Clinton would have left a red handprint ;)

I've always known Bush was an idiot but this may be the most definitive proof yet!

Isn't it horrible that a public figure (the Prisedent) cant even give a consensual spank to someone who asked for it as it is customary in the sport.:D

Firing line? I could think of a few different adjectives in response to the post above yours, Gary, but I will treat it with the contempt that it deserves!!

Let's get back to Olympic volleyball............ Or can I quickly point out that yes, it was indeed George W holding the stars and stripes back to front yesterday :D

Anyway, my ears almost popped out of my head today when I was watching China versus Poland in the Women's volleyball. Aside from a constant drivel of "Captain Obvious" comments by the commentator's, one of them started to talk about Poland's best player and how she was 2 of 16 in put aways during the game. He then said, and I quote "It's time to get the paddle out"!!

I just about died when he said that, before the other guy ruined it by saying that yes, she does indeed need to be substituted. Then I realized that substitutes hold up paddles with the number of the person they are replacing.

For a moment the commentator was going to be my new hero :)
