As both a fan of Clare Fonda AND public spankings, I LOVED this video shot in Amsterdam by Tony & Eve of Shadow Lane. One of the best female spankers ever, Stephanie Locke, spanks Clare in public...many places in Amsterdam. Kudos to all involved!

I wonder how old the video is. My understanding is that Amsterdam is the kind of place where you could spank someone on the bare with a hairbrush in some public areas and no one would bat an eyelash. Red Light district indeed. ;) But this is a cool video for what it is.

Actually BV, Clare tells me the video was shot this past November. And that they actually are pretty strict about cameras in the red light district. She says they'll get a little more brave next time. LOL.
