BV's stab at AOL reminds me...

Having been a longtime AOL user myself, I find it very frustrating that our forum is not very AOL-friendly. There are ways around it, but overall my advice is to use some other browser like Explorer or Firefox to bypass AOL. Sorry, but that seems to be the best way.

I strongly suspect that with AOL's dramatic plunge in the last couple of years that a large majority of the AOL-only users will, in the near future (next two years) be switching to mainstream browsers. So over a little bit of time, the problem may be self-curing, to an extent.
