Happy Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving means something different to everybody. For some, it's the Macy Parade. For some it's some football. For most, it means a full table of turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy.....mmmmmm

I'm alone on Thanksgiving this year. My family is all down in GA, my friends are scattered all over the place, and I'm actually working my day job 12pm to 9pm. Joys of working at a tourist attraction.

But I'm not really alone. I've been here at MSF over a year now, and there are dozens of folks here who I care about. And I know they care about me too.

And some of them are ALSO without family or separated from folks they care about. I do hope they still managed to have a good meal today.

Best wishes and lots of spanks (given OR received) to everybody. Happy Thanksgiving :)

LOL Jean Paul. No love lost here on the NYC football teams. Go Dallas.

Just hoping the Eagles get a Wild Card slot.

Thanks for the kind post. :)

Well, I got in a day late. I hope everyone's thanksgiving and/or spanksgiving was a happy one. As far as what the day means to me, it's everything. The parade, the football, and the food. :D

Thanksgiving

Well the tribe descended on rangerboy's house at about 2:00....I was the cook this year and everyone loved the meal even though lasagna isn't typical Thanksgiving food......hey I have a limited repertoire but what I cook I cook well. :D

The bride if off to acquire much loot ala the post Thanksgiving Day sales. She invited me to go along but I think I'll stay here and slam my hand in a car door....it will be far less painful.;)

Hope you all had a happy one. I have sooooo many blessings in my life...good job, good health, a wife whom I adore and not least...my good pals and "palettes" here on the forum.

Warmest regards

rangerboy

I'm always so late on stuff LOL. My Thanksgiving was great, went to my brothers house, and was just him, his wife and myself. Not a typical thanksgiving dinner, we had T-bone steak, corn casserole, mashed sweet potatoes and steamed broccoli :) wonderful meal and ate to full, not overfull

Happy Turkey, pals! I visited my parents with my kiddo, had a great time doing a lot of nothing. I never get tired of my mom's homemade stuffing, and it was great to watch my kid eating turkey, turkey, and more turkey. She slept very well that night.

The highlight of my trip was a rousing game of Balderdash among me, the parents and my sister and her hubby. I haven't laughed that much in a long time!
