I didn't see this until now, but congratulations Chasey! That is wonderful!

Thank you all very much! I finally got some time to check the board, haha. It's been a sleepless whirlwind of milk and diapers but we are falling into a routine now. He was almost five weeks early but he's perfectly healthy and that's all I could ask for.

So glad to see that all is well with your new little bundle :)

I had two which were a month early and, as you note, everything was ok. They're just tinier!

No we were not expecting it at all, we were supposed to take our prepared childbirth classes on Saturday but I went into labor Friday morning! I had just packed my hospital bag the day before - just in case. I always had this feeling that he was going to be early but I was thinking more like a week or two. And yes, they are so tiny - even the preemie clothes are too big for him, but he'll catch up soon.

Well, in effect, you DID take your child birth classes. Bet you're really good at it now. ;)
